vintage figural cast iron garden candle light/incense burner, old paint

Heavy cast iron ornamental garden pathway light or incense burner with old black paint. This shaped like a large basket on an asian wagon with two figures. It measures about 7 1/4" high overall, 9 1/2" side to side (over the figures) and 7" deep (across the wheels). The candle base at the bottom of the cast iron basket is about 2" across.

We're not sure of the exact vintage of this piece, the figures are cast as separate pieces and arc welded to the rest of the wagon base. Arc welding became widely used in the early 1930s. This piece also has a patina of weathering, wear and rust to the black paint.
