vintage flowered china teapot w/ candle warmer stand, buffet table tea pot

Blue Rose pattern china tea pot with matching warming stand to hold a candle. I believe this is vintage Japan? 

The teapot holds about four cups, and the pot on the stand measures 11 1/2" tall overall. The whole set is in very nice condition without damage, it doesn't look as though this was ever used.
