vintage french linen damask tablecloth for farmhouse table, turkey red border w/ fringe

Beautiful large antique linen damask cloth with a turkey red border and fringed ends, rustic informal style for a farmhouse or kitchen table. Size is 48" x 85", not including the fringe.

This is late 1800s or early 1900s vintage, unbleached linen, a creamy color rather than pure white. We'd guess French or Belgian, though it's not marked that we could find, and there are no monograms.

It shows very little if any use - the fabric has no holes or thinning. There's noticeable discoloration to the outside fold and a few other fold line and storage marks, we haven't attempted washing this, and will leave that for you.
