Vintage seed grain sack printed for Olds Seeds, Madison Wisconsin. This measures about 15" wide x 31" long.

It's been used, stored in a barn for years, never washed. This still has a paper tag fastened on with a big metal staple.

It's very dirty, but I was unsure about washing it - it's a Chase print sack, and I'm not sure how to best keep the printed graphics from fading while getting this really clean.

Even wash-out inks are pretty permanent after many years, at least in my experience. But this one is so nice and bright, and yet so spotted and / or stained! A project for sure.
