vintage heavy copper colander strainer bowl, old French country kitchen style

Heavy solid copper kitchen strainer bowl, about 8" in diameter. This is tarnished from time and use - I've left it just as I found it because I like the rustic old world look! I'd expect you could polish this up to a bright shine if you'd like, it's not coated.

It's not marked at all that I could see, but I would guess it's 1970s vintage, not antique. Has a round brass ring for hanging on a wall or pot rack, which is nice.
