vintage ice blue carnival glass iridescent luster Quintec star vase or candle holder?

Unmarked (LE Smith?) star pattern ice blue carnival glass - a mini vase? a candle holder? I was sure it was a candle cup, but really, candles don't fit into this very well!

The color is gorgeous, and this is in excellent condition - so I'm sure you'll find the perfect way to display it. Measures about 2 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" across the top.
