vintage ice blue rhinestones dangle pendant & matching earrings, clip on back earrings

Vintage (80s?) clip back earrings and pendant with gold tone choker chain, ice blue rhinestones with a sort of a feathery 3D shape. The rhinestones are complete and look nice on all pieces. The pendant is loose from the chain, and needs a new ring to attach it.
