vintage indigo blue striped ticking tick bed rolls, grubby rustic primitive country
more photos of this product below Lot of two different striped cotton
ticking comforters or bed rolls, very heavy and flat, wool filled, hand
tied.
These are out of a farmstead in eastern Wisconsin, and date to the early
1900s. These were cabin 'beds', made to be rolled or folded up during
the day, put out on the floor at night.
Both of these are very dirty, with spots, stains, soil, browning... also
a few rips and holes, some mended. Both are about 56" - 58" x 70".
