vintage litho print metal noisemaker, New Year or party tin horn marked USA, Ohio Art

Vintage - working! - tin horn noisemaker, marked Made in USA. Probably a mid-century Ohio Art piece, I think. This has such a great retro print, clowns and dancers.

It's a little over 10" long end to end. The plastic mouthpiece is cracked but is holding well and does the job. There's a little scratching and rust spotting to the metal.
