vintage milk glass open lace edge bowl, peacock feather scalloped border

Vintage milk glass bowl in an unusual lace edge pattern I haven't been able to identify (in fact, I've never seen this pattern in plain white milk glass before, only in delphite blue).

I don't know the maker, and believe it might be Portieux Vallerysthal since it doesn't seem to be any of the US glass makers I would have expected! It's not marked, of course.

This measures just shy of 7" in diameter at the rim. It's clean and nice inside and out, without chips or damage.
