vintage milk glass reamer, hand juicer for oranges or lemon juice

Nice old milk glass reamer in very good condition without chips or damage. This one isn't marked that I could see.

It measures 5" overall diameter 4" across the fitter rim. A must have kitchen tool I think - the newer metal juicers and squeezers just don't work as well!
