vintage mist blue frosted satin glass vase, Westmoreland or Fenton glass

Unmarked (Fenton or Westmoreland?) blue frosted glass vase, spiral rib fluted shape with crimped ruffle edge. This is about 5 3/4" tall overall. It's in good condition, a few light soil marks from use, but no chips or cracks.
