vintage necklace ribbon style collar choker, gold tone jewelry w/ topaz brown rhinestones

Vintage (1970s?) gold tone metal collar necklace with clasp at the back of the neck, brown rhinestones all along the length. This is a gorgeous piece which I know very little about.

I found no makers marks, and I'm guessing at the 70s vintage from other items in the same estate. It's a little dusty, but condition seems quite good. No obvious wear, no breakage or missing stones.
