vintage needlework sampler, Happiness is Catching cross stitch embroidery on linen

Mid-century vintage cross-stitch embroidered sampler, hand stitched on flax linen fabric. This is complete, but never framed or used - condition is excellent. It measures about 20" x 15".

I love the motto on this sampler "Happiness is Catching - We Get it From One Another" with a Happiness tree showing branches of Faith, Hope, Charity - Work, Play, Laughter crowned by Love. I've never seen this design before. So beautiful.
