vintage paint by number painting, picture of German Shepherd dog, Rin Tin Tin?

Vintage paint by number picture of a German Shepherd - such a sweet face on this dog! Not sure if it's Rin Tin Tin? It's a little spotted from years of display, but I don't know the exact vintage of this piece.

This measures about 11" x 15" overall. It's very cheaply framed, and the picture itself is not perfectly done, it's a little spacey around some spots. Probably worked by a child, I think.
