vintage painting on canvas, shabby chic floral in large antique gold frame

Vintage (1940s?) original art painted on canvas, set in a lovely antique gold wood frame. This is shabby but pretty, and impressively large (15 1/2" x 20" over the artwork, and 22" x 26" over the frame).
