vintage pottery planter or wall pocket vase, little parrot long tailed bird

Unmarked vintage pottery planter (Morton? Shawnee?) with a little bird with a long tail, perched on a 'wall' pocket to stand or hang. Cute!

This stands about 5 1/2" tall overall, and shows a few small roughnesses and a little discolored crazing. It looks as though it's been used for display only, it hasn't held plants or soil.
