vintage pressed glass cake stand pedestal plate, laurel wreath pattern tiffin glass?

This lovely old glass cake stand does show scratching and wear, but what could prettier than this laurel leaf wreath design?!

I believe this is Tiffin's laurel pattern, 1930s vintage. This is a nice small stand, about 9 1/2" across the rim of the plate, stands about 4" tall. There's a few makers flaws, a couple of dark soot marks where the plate was joined to the base, and a bubble entirely encased in the glass, all smooth.
