vintage printed canvas Red Head Brand Air Cooled Sanitary Water Bag

Vintage Red Head brand canvas water bag, desert style, for camping drinking water, or automotive radiator? I've seen this type of bag sold for either!

It measures about 9" x 11" over the flat bag. This is sold as 'Sanitary', but at about 60+ years old it's grubby, with a broken cork - I wouldn't put drinking water in it as it is. It does make a great display piece, I've never found the Red Head brand before.
