vintage rayon fringe sewing trim for upholstery or lampshades, antique gold bullion braid edge

Huge roll of new old stock vintage fringed braid trim, antique gold color, 2" wide.

We haven't unwound this to measure (we'd never get this wound back as neatly as it is now!) but there's a ton of trim here. The cardboard spool is marked 144 yards, and we'd guess that there's most of that length remaining.

The fiber content is not marked that we could see, but we believe it's more likely rayon than polyester, it's very soft, not at all stiff. Would be lovely for cushions, or curtains, or shades, or even costumes!
