vintage red wool boot socks & anklets, swiss style hiking socks w/ embroidered flowers

Lot of three pairs of vintage wool socks (mens and ladies sizes) all in very good condition, probably never used. These are all from the estate of a Swiss farmer living here in Wisconsin for many years. He kept a lot of the old ways, and a traditional rustic alpine style!

These have been packed up in a box of cedar shavings and mothballs forever, so they're largely free of moth damage - though we did see a few small spots. And they still have a little lingering scent of mothballs.
