vintage restaurant ware ironstone cream pitcher, tiny Shenango china creamer

We love this tiny vintage cream pitcher with fruit basket design in aqua and brown - it's Shenango china, but we don't know the name of this pattern or who it was made for, sorry!

It's very heavy ironstone, restaurant or railroad china. Probably mid-century vintage? Stands about 2 3/4" tall, it's in excellent condition without a lot of scratching or wear - nice and glossy.
