vintage sandwich pattern pressed glass punch set, crystal clear daisy bowl & cups

Vintage Anchor Hocking sandwich pattern pressed glass punch set, twelve cups, 9 1/2" x 5" bowl with separate stand.

The whole set is in excellent condition - but no plastic hooks or ladle, not sure if these were ever included in the sandwich pattern sets.
