vintage silver plate tray trophy engraved Grand Champion Grey Brahman Bull Washington County Fair

1990s vintage Oneida silver plated tray engraved as a trophy for the Grand Champion Grey Brahman Bull, Washington County Fair, 1994. I think this is probably Washington County Wisconsin - though a Grand Champion Brahma bull sounds so Texas! The tray is in good condition with very little scratching or wear. Measures about 14 1/2" in diameter.
