Vintage Swiss bell on a fancy decorated strap - this is a souvenir piece, but the bell is a real working bell with clapper, and a good sound to it.

The bell itself is 1 3/4" tall x 2 1/4" at the rim. Entire piece with strap measures 5 1/2" top to bottom.
