vintage solid brass tray w/ border of winged insects, bees or butterflies

Large and heavy solid brass tray with a border pattern of bees, or butterflies, or moths? We can't find any makers marks on this piece, but it has a classical, late Victorian period look.

It measures about 15" x 10" overall. This has tarnish and spotting from time and use - we've left it just as we found it.
