vintage steel folding chairs striped awning canvas seats & backs Airstream trailer glamping

Pair of mid century vintage steel folding camp or lawn chairs. So very Airstream travel trailer! They are about 17" wide across the colorful striped canvas seats.

The canvas is worn and fading with some hand stitching and a mend or tow. Also, a couple of bolts have been replaced long ago with ones with a black finish

They are made by Universal Converting Corp of New Bedford, Mass. They granted a US patent on a folding chair design in 1957.
