vintage steel spring tongs, fishermans gaff tool, fish grabber clincher

Vintage 'grabber' tool - I believe this is an old piece of fishing tackle made to grab fish, but I didn't find any makers marks on this at all. Lots of surface rust and finish wear, but they work fine!
