vintage stoneware pitcher made in France, plain simple rustic french country farmhouse kitchen jug

Plain natural colored stoneware pottery pitcher, made in France, 20th century. This is a lovely piece - a large milk jug, about 7" tall.

Mark is Grespots - Digoin - France. I'm uncertain as to the exact age of this pitcher, it's a design that's so timeless a classic it's hard to date from the style. And I don't know the Digoin marks very well!

It's nice and clean overall, no staining or crazing. There's one fleabite roughness to the bottom rim, but no other chips or damage.
