vintage tiki cup or vase, large heavy clear glass head, happy / sad two faced mug

Vintage glass tiki 'mug' (no handle, more like a short squat goblet). Not marked that I could see?

It measures about 4" in diameter across the rim, stands 4 1/2" tall. It's in excellent condition without damage.
