vintage tiny wire tea or coffee strainer, handmade silvered brass wirework sieve

Vintage tea or coffee strainer, probably made in India or the Middle East. It's in very good condition, though we couldn't find a label or any makers marks.

This is silver or nickel silver washed brass wire, slightly tarnished. It's sized for a demitasse cup, just 2" across the bowl. We've shown it with a regular sized tea bag to give you an idea as to the scale.
