vintage tole metal flower planter box, painted black w/ gold original Georgian label

1940s or 50s vintage Georgian tole planter box with separate liner, very nice, never used. This still has the original paper hang tag attached, and has only the slightest scuffing and finish wear after 70 years! It measures about 13" x 5 1/2" across the rim, 5" tall overall.
