vintage tole ware hand painted metal pail, large bucket for planter or Christmas tree

Cranberry red painted bucket with tole painted flowers... this was originally a canning kettle, but now is a great piece for rustic style holiday decor! Fill it with greenery or a small Christmas tree.

It's 1940s or 50s vintage, probably painted 1980s sometime. It's all metal (aluminum), dents but no holes. Measures 10" diameter x 6" deep.
