vintage turned wood finials, hat stand baluster banister knob posts

Pair of vintage turned wooden posts to repurpose - these look as though they were being drilled for lamp bases, and the job never completed. We think they'd make great hat stands!

These are 12 1/2" tall overall, and about 3" in diameter across the knobs. They're not antique, just vintage architectural salvage pieces, mid 20th century.
