vintage wine red tole desk lamp, solid brass adjustable candlestick lamp

Vintage candle stick lamp... deep wine red toleware with bright brass and very nicely made. It stands 22 1/2" tall with an adjustable shade. We're not sure what this lamp is made, but we were told maybe England?

It's 7 1/2" across the solid brass base.

The wiring looks good with a switch on the cord, but this lamp lighting isn't working and needs work.
