vintage yarn winder, adjustable metal winding wheel w/ folding stand

We've been told that this cute little metal gadget is a yarn winder, which folds down pretty compactly for storage. It would be handy for travel, if you should need a yarn winder for craft workshops or craft booth work! The wheel is adjustable from about 14" to 24" in diameter, and the wheel and stand sections are all in very good condition.
