vintage white double-breasted Navy uniform jacket w/pants

Vintage white US Naval uniform coat & pants. The jacket is double breasted and has a an eagle / crow patch on the left arm (we don't know the service branch) and all the buttons. The trousers have a button waist and fly. We're not sure of the exact vintage of this uniform.
