white roses on silver grey glass hurricane shade parlor lamp, Quoizel?

1980s hurricane chimney lamp in excellent working condition... this one is pretty, white floral on pale silver grey finished glass, for parlor or farmhouse kitchen. It's not marked that we could see, and has no label, though we don't believe it's ever been used. Measures 18" tall to the top of the chimney shade.
