1940s vintage wind-up electrical utility extension cord & spool

1940s vintage Cord 'n Reel wind-up electric extension cord made by Racine Specialty Mfg Co of Racine, Wisconsin. The metal reel measures about 5" in diameter and has bakelite sockets built right into the spool. The electrical cord is marked as 25 feet long and 18 gauge with a 7 amp capacity. There are some cracks and nicks to the outer insulation.
