Long antique adjustable measure with a wood scale and solid brass fittings and clamp. This is from the estate of a man who worked installing rugs and carpets for many years.

This scale telescopes from about 4 feet, 2 inches up to about 8 feet, 1 inch. The wood ruler is about 1" wide.

This has wear and age to the wood and a patina of age to the brass. The is some minor bowing to a section of the back scale.
