50's vintage wood splint basket picnic hamper, holds utensils on lid

Vintage wood splint picnic basket, measures 18" x 12" x 10" high - it's been used, but is in good solid condition, no breaks or holes. There's a few small paint spots, and marks to the outside bottom of the basket as shown.

We like the way this is made to hold spoons, knives and forks on the inside of the lid, it makes a wonderful piece for display when not in use!
