yellow roses hand-painted on turquoise, mod large low ceramic bowl

Large mod ceramic bowl (14" in diameter across the rim) hand painted with yellow roses, and signed by the artist. This is dated 1999, we think? It's in perfect condition, except for some slight smearing to the signature on the reverse.
