antique homespun hand woven linen tablecloth, vintage farmhouse blue & white unbleached flax

Lovely antique homespun linen table cloth, out of a early settled farm here in rural Wisconsin.

This is probably 1860s or 1870s, handwoven from flax grown and spun right on the farm... though we're unsure if this is American made or brought over from the old country, somewhere in Scandinavia!

It's an unbleached natural linen color with dyed blue linen pattern, beautifully made. This measures about 31" x 32".

It's been used very little, and carefully kept for the last 150 years. There's a little brown foxing and spotting, more from the nature of the linen thread that from use.
