vintage Parrot-head pruning and gardening shears etc Bernard/Sargent

Cute v intage pruning shears with the head rotated 90 degrees for rose bushes, flower gardening fruit trees etc. They are marked Parrot Head and are made by Sargent & Co. They measure about 6" long.

These have a patina of age and have some wear and nicks to the cutting blade. They will need a good sharpening.
