stainless steel snip tea ball, loose leaf tea strainer basket to stir in mug or cup

It's lucky this cute little piece came to me with the paper card shown, or I wouldn't have known was it was - I've never seen a 'tea snip' before! This makes a little tea, or a mug full of weak tea. The ball holds just a pinch, it's 1" across.

This is stainless steel, not marked that I could find (though I would have guessed it's English). It's nice and clean, plunger works well. The paper card is worn and wrinkled.
