vintage pocket knife, fisherman's folding fish scaling blade w/ red & white bakelite handle

Vintage fishing pocket knife with an unusually nice maroon red and white bakelite handle in very good condition. This is 5" long folded, 9" long end to end opened up.

It does need cleaning and oiling, as the blade is spotted all over with light rust, and opens very stiffly. We can't make out the markings on the blade at all - sorry!
