vintage serving dish, rustic carved pressed wood plastic or wood composite composition

Marked Nifty composite wood or wood look plastic dish with rustic hand carved feel... mid-century vintage?

It looks and feels something like the old Syroco or Orna wood pieces but we're thinking it's more of a plastic as it would be easy to clean (therefore Nifty - er!)

The dish measures 11" long end to end and is in good condition with only slight scratching and wear.
