small heavy old wood barrel, antique vintage primitive

Very small (just 12 1/2" tall!) very heavy old wooden barrel (not a nail keg, but thick wood, like a whiskey barrel, though much smaller). This has been stored in barn for years, and looks it... it's also missing one of the steel barrel hoop bands. One end is open, measures 9 1/2" across the opening.
