vintage Tiffin? 1920s small glass comport bowl, wide gold band floral trim

Vintage elegant glass comport or flower bowl, 1920s or thereabouts. We've been told this is Tiffin, then been assured it's Westmoreland glass... though it doesn't look exactly like patterns from either, as far as we could tell! But it is very pretty, and in very nice condition. Measures 4" tall, the bowl is 6 1/4" in diameter across the rim.
