rare White Bear bail lid mason canning jar, Durand & Kasper, Chicago

Nice old embossed glass fruit jar marked White Bear - Durand and Kasper - Chicago. This is a one quart size, lightning lid type with the wire bail closure. The jar is in very good condition without chips to the glass, as is the lid (though we're not certain if it's original to the jar, it came to us this way). There's some rust to the wire bail, though it works fine.
